      1. No updates from Danny  – waiting for anyone to reach out for new software
      2. Joan – timeline for applications to “sunset”.
    2. Financial Aid/Accounts Receivable Data Integration with Zogotech and IE Office – Despina

      1. No Update – Dave was on Med leave, and trying to get back on track.
    4. Zogotech Outstanding Ticket/Enhancement Cleanup + IPEDS Data Element Additions – Mike S
      1. Freeze is in ZT Test Environment.  Headcount matches.
        •  There are issues with credits counted.  There is access in the Navigator.  In reports for pivot tables and data tables.  Access to data bases for SQL coding.
        • Next issue will be when to start promoting to Production ZT
      2. C from ZT has implemented some new data fields in
        • CIP Code and CIP Code Descriptor
        • Four digit Major code

      3. Joan:  Working on transferring data FROM students, using secure transmission.  Reach to MIS for the process of transferring data from students.
      4. Audrey & KB: Checking with HR about secure data collection (HR may be using Interview Exchange).
