    • Financial Aid/Accounts Receivable Data Integration with Zogotech and IE Office – Despina
      • Mike – Renewing some tickets for ZogoTech based on the data that Joan has given
    • Defining Stop Out vs. Alumni Population Criteria – Dave

      • Glitch in some of the software, working on getting more information into test and production, hoping for more progress within the next few weeks
    • Veteran’s Affairs Data Cleanup – Latashia
      • More data in more places than expected, looking at approaches to integrate this extra data into what she’s currently working with
      • Looking at transferring data from Access to Banner eventually
    • Pre-requisites – Audrey (holding)
      • Meeting with Navigate next week
        • Pre-requisites listed in Navigate are stale and the team is hoping to resolve that immediately
        • More discovery/conversations about improving the pre-requisites
    • Student Mobile Numbers – Audrey
      • The group mapped out all of the college’s texting tools that they were aware of and their purposes
  • Call for addition of any missing messaging platforms/software that either collect and/or text student mobile numbers
    • Danny – Library may have some texting capability
      • Adjunct faculty does not access to Avaya

    • KB – Collegewide central repository for documentation
    • Brief discussion about the need for documentation and its utility
