- Approved by internal data governance team, meeting with NECC VPs scheduled for 9/27 for further approval and support
Ad-Hoc Group Updates:

  - The group is being finalized and will meet soon to implement a listserv that will go to Payroll, Public Safety, MIS, IT, and any other group that controls access to a system
  - Emails will have a stated date for access removal
  - The listserv will also be used for access removal for department transfers as well

- First Generation Students Data Quality – Kristen Arnold
  - The goal would be to improve the data quality of who is a first generation student or not
  - Generally collected as a self-reported field on the student application but unreliable, FA data is often used to review this as well.
