Metadata Policy Updates: Audrey and Andrew are meeting with VPs to approve. All Data Managers are encouraged to begin implementing the practices outlined in the policy now.
Ad-Hoc Group Updates:
Student Mobile Numbers:
The Ad-hoc group will focus first on data quality issues with mobile numbers in our different systems. The first goal is to change the logic within Navigate to connect the MA phone from Banner to the cell phone field in Navigate.
Audrey requested that anyone who works with a system that uses mobile numbers from Banner please notify her.
Zogotech Outstanding Ticket/Enhancement Cleanup + IPEDS Data Element Additions – Mike S
Mike reported that he is now using the Zogotech Snapshot files for his IPEDS reporting! This is significant progress.
Veteran’s Affairs Data Cleanup – Latashia
Latashia is continuing the data cleanup process in her area.
