  • ZogoTech Outstanding Ticket/Enhancement Cleanup + IPEDS Data Element Additions

  • HR Data Cleanup 
    • Rosa mentioned that work is still being done on this. The accounting group is working on getting the department table set up correctly in HRCMS.
    • They are still verifying department descriptions.
  • Dean’s List 
    • Joan let the group know that testing has started.
    • In the process of doing an analysis, Joan found a bug in the Ellucian program that put Dean’s List on student records using criteria that is different from the institution’s definition.
    • Clean up will have to occur on the affected student records (approx. 400).
    • Additionally, as part of this process NECC may want to review the current Dean’s List criteria to see if any changes should be made.
  • Stop Out vs. Alumni

  • Banner Cohort Field

  • Texting Communication Protocol for Faculty and Staff reaching out to students 
    • Stella reported that the group had a solid first draft completed.
    • The group was hoping to get a faculty perspective to review the draft before it was shared with the larger Data Governance committee. Kirsten volunteered to review it from the faculty lens.
