    1. Software Onboarding, Procurement, and Evaluation Process – Danny
      1. Updating and ready to implement the intake form
        1. No live cases to put through the intake form as a test case yet, but the team may reach out to some individuals that might renew a software contract soon.
    2. Financial Aid/Accounts Receivable Data Integration with Zogotech and IE Office – Despina
      1. Joan is reviewing some queries – once complete, we will have answers to reply to ZogoTech
    3. Defining Stop Out vs. Alumni Population Criteria – Dave (Not Present)
      1. No update as of today (per Lori)
    4. Zogotech Outstanding Ticket/Enhancement Cleanup + IPEDS Data Element Additions – Mike S
      1. Waiting on BANNER review from Joan
      2. Eventually hoping to test the ZogoTech snapshots
    5. Adult Basic Education + DestinyOne – Sandy Z (Not Present)
      1. Track Non Credit CAEP and CCCE student transition into Credit Courses
        1. Estefanie – In the production phase, hoping to go live on July 1, but having some setbacks with adding courses to production. Tweaking
        2. Staff training to begin tomorrow (6/16)
        3. Group to also think about what kind of information (especially regarding testing and reporting) that is wanted
    6. Veteran’s Affairs Data Cleanup – Latashia (Not Present)
    7. Metadata Policy Development Group – Andrew
      1. First draft is complete and will be sent out directly after this meeting
      2. At the next meeting, ask data managers to provide any questions or concerns for the group to evaluate
      3. At the meeting after that, vote on the policy.
    8. NEW: Pre-requisites – Audrey
      1. Ad-hoc groups have been created for the Course Pre-requisites group as well as the Texts/mobile number research and action groups; hoping to get meetings scheduled for both.
