  • Call for integration of any initiatives/projects that are related to data governance but not are not currently connected with the data governance group
  • Lindsay provided update on the Non-Credit Dashboard initiative
    • Working group has been established to identify what data is desired for dashboard
    • Non-credit data spans two departments and more than one platform
    • The group is working to identify and document where the different data lives and if there is any opportunity for consolidation in regards to the different data sources

Ad-Hoc Group Updates:

  • Student Mobile Numbers
    • KB was waiting to hear from Z at ZogoTech
    • Andrew provided update from ZogoTech – ZogoTech is willing to make change for free
    • They should have something in the test environment soon
  • ZogoTech Outstanding Ticket/Enhancement Cleanup + IPEDS Data Element Additions
    • Mike has no updates has been working on a ticket all week
    • He is working on code to pull information from Banner
  • Secure Data Transfer Practices/Policies
    • No updates
  • Destiny One Updates
    • Sandy said there were no new updates other than what Lindsay reported
  • HR Data Cleanup
    • Sam Moy gave update on behalf of Patty Gauron
      • He mentioned that at the last cabinet meeting HR announced that a data collection report would be sent out to all departments requesting certain fields
      • They are looking for information about direct reports and full-time staff
      • They are giving departments a four-week timeline to collect the information and send it back to HR
