Metadata Policy Updates: Metadata Policy has been approved by the VP team with the stipulation that the Metadata Policy is rebranded as a Metadata standard.

Ad-Hoc Group Updates:

  • Student Mobile Numbers – Joan, Sue, Angel
    • Group has met and has determined the state of how student phone numbers are stored in BANNER and used within other systems, still working on determining what actions should be taken moving forward.
  • Zogotech Outstanding Ticket/Enhancement Cleanup + IPEDS Data Element Additions – Mike S
    • Snapshots are being used, working on adjusting some data fields to better fit our use
  • Veteran’s Affairs Data Cleanup – Latashia
    • No updates
  • Pre-requisites – Audrey
    • The Pre-requisites group is reconvening after several months of individual work and information gathering tomorrow (9/22/22).
  • Other Discussion
    • Secure Forms is software that the college has access to that can be embedded on college websites for students to securely submit documents to staff.
