Ad-Hoc Group Updates:

  • Student Mobile Numbers – Audrey update
    • February 21st update for cabinet – more details to come after
  • ZogoTech Outstanding Ticket/Enhancement Cleanup + IPEDS Data Element Additions – Mike
    • Preparing the Spring Report – on the lookout for necessary additions to ZT
  • Stop-Outs vs Alumni – Dave
    • Working on technical details of a dashboard that will go out soon for review
  • Software Onboarding Ad-hoc Group – Danny
    • After one more trial run of the onboarding form, there’s intentions to reconvene with the group after to discuss next steps
  • Destiny One Updates – Sandy/Estefanie
    • Center for Community/Adult Ed are both using Destiny One and grown in scope
    • Proposal to add Michelle Jackson to the meetings from the IT perspective
  • HR Data Cleanup – Patty
    • Data dictionaries in progress
    • Three passes of review planned so that VPs can start auditing data as soon as possible
    • Conversations and meetings are ongoing
