- Updating and ready to implement the intake form
- No live cases to put through the intake form as a test case yet, but the team may reach out to some individuals that might renew a software contract soon.

- Estefanie – In the production phase, hoping to go live on July 1, but having some setbacks with adding courses to production. Tweaking

- Group to also think about what kind of information (especially regarding testing and reporting) that is wanted

- Ad-hoc groups have been created for the Course Pre-requisites group as well as the Texts/mobile number research and action groups; hoping to get meetings scheduled for both.
