  • Ad-Hoc Group Updates:
    1. Software Onboarding, Procurement, and Evaluation Process – Danny (Absent, Audrey provided the update)
      1. An intake form has been developed by Danny to allow an evaluation team to have a holistic understanding of the requested software and its potential upsides, downsides, and redundancy with existing software.
    2. Financial Aid/Accounts Receivable Data Integration with Zogotech and IE Office – Despina
      1. ZT has questions that need a response; Joan and Despina to convene to answer those questions to move the project along
    3. Defining Stop Out vs. Alumni Population Criteria – Dave
      1. Pulling data from ZogoTech for this, Dave only recently has access and will touch base after becoming more familiarized with ZogoTech
    4. ZogoTech Outstanding Ticket/Enhancement Cleanup + IPEDS Data Element Additions – Mike S
      1. No updates – needs to aggregate data fields to review where they currently exist.
    5. Adult Basic Education + DestinyOne – Sandy Z
      1. Track Non Credit CAEP and CCCE student transition into Credit Courses
        1. The group is identifying the evaluations that the Center for Adult Ed is administering, as well as the performance measures that they should be collecting (certificates, certifications outside of the certificates, etc.)
        2. Privacy issues with regards to collecting test results – may need some waivers
    6. Veteran’s Affairs Data Cleanup – Latashia (Absent, Joan provided the update)
      1. Latashia will have a secure form implemented on her website
    7. Metadata Policy Development Group – Andrew
      1. Draft is near complete, want to convene the group one more time before presenting the draft at one of the next data manager meetings
    8. NEW: Pre-requisites – Audrey
      1. Pre-requisites are built differently in BANNER than how it’s done at other schools/how it’s needed by Navigate
        1. This limits the pre-requisite functionality in Navigate, which is an issue for students.
      2. Would like to convene a group to discuss adjusting BANNER pre-requisite data to better leverage it within other data-systems
