    • Dave P had question about attaching a file to the DG Teams.  Andrew said he’d look into the issue (Danny had a solution)
  • Call for integration of any initiatives/projects that are related to data governance but not are not currently connected with the data governance group
    • Danny about Text messaging alerts – Public Safety wants a new Text Messaging tool.  Danny and KB suggesting new sub group for the issue.
  • Ad-Hoc Group Updates:
    1. Software Onboarding, Procurement, and Evaluation Process – Danny
      1. Created a first pass at an end user form for information collection for purchases.  Testing within Ad hoc group.
      2. Part of Working on database to track who uses software vs who owns the software.
    2. Financial Aid/Accounts Receivable Data Integration with Zogotech and IE Office – Despina
      1. Joan working on giving information to IE
    3. Defining Stop Out vs. Alumni Population Criteria – Dave

      2. Meeting with Ad Hoc to go through data
