- Student Mobile Numbers – Audrey
- Three fields in Banner for phone numbers stored for students
- MA – primary Banner number – type of phone not specified
- CL – Cell phone if different from primary number
- CLT – Cell phone number that is approved for text message communication
- Groups decision
- CLT to eventually be depreciated
- Admission application to have a statement such that anyone that provides a cell phone is agreeing to receive non-emergency text messages with an option to opt-out

- Gathering certificate data for non-credit students to update information in D1 so that students can retrieve any credentials that they’ve earned for employers on a self-service basis.
- Secure Data Transfer Practices/Policies – Martha
- Group is finalizing the project scope and will submit to the data manager group once reviewed.
- Committee plans on having regular meetings to work through our task list and will continue to update the DG managers
- HR Data Cleanup – Patty
- Cleaning up HRCMS data
- Presented project plan for data cleanup and process improvement to cabinet on 1/10
