- Dan Blair is looking for a new software package and will be used as a test for the intake form.

- Glitch in some of the software, working on getting more information into test and production, hoping for more progress within the next few weeks

- More data in more places than expected, looking at approaches to integrate this extra data into what she’s currently working with
- Looking at transferring data from Access to Banner eventually
