- Call for integration of any initiatives/projects that are related to data governance but not are not currently connected with the data governance group
- Joan mentioned that they will be testing an update to College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB) codes in Banner PRAC. Mike mentioned that he uses the CEEB codes regularly and Joan suggested he participate in the PRAC testing.
- Lindsay mentioned that process mapping and documentation for the non-credit area continues. Last week, several of non-credit folks and I met with Allison Dolan-Wilson to map out the variety of offerings that exist in the non-credit area and make connections between the different systems that exist.
- Joan let everyone know that ExaVault is now files.com. Danny mentioned that some users have reported not getting their password reset emails. It is possible that they are getting caught in the phishing filter. IT is looking into this.
